শিগগিরই ভারত ছাড়বেন হাসিনা





প্রধানমন্ত্রী পদ থেকে পদত্যাগের পর শেখ হাসিনা ভারতে আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করেছেন। তবে তিনি ভারতের কোন স্থানে অবস্থান করছেন বা তিনি সেখানে থাকবেন না, তৃতীয় কোনো দেশে যাবেন কিনা, তা এখনও স্পষ্ট নয়।

শেখ হাসিনা ভারতের পরীক্ষিত বন্ধু। প্রায় ১৬ বছর ধরে ক্ষমতায় থাকাকালীন বাংলাদেশের সঙ্গে ভারতের সম্পর্ক আরও দৃঢ় হয়েছে। তাই শেখ হাসিনার ক্ষমতাচ্যুতি ও দেশত্যাগ ভারতের জন্য বিশেষ গুরুত্ব বহন করে।

সূত্রে জানা যায়, ছাত্র-জনতার গণআন্দোলনের কারণে শেখ হাসিনা দেশ ত্যাগ করে ভারতে চলে যান। এরপর থেকে তিনি ভারতেই অবস্থান করছেন। তবে প্রশ্ন হলো, তিনি সেখানে কতদিন থাকতে পারবেন।

জল্পনা রয়েছে যে, শীঘ্রই শেখ হাসিনাকে ভারত ত্যাগ করতে হতে পারে। তবে ভারত ছাড়ার পর তিনি কোথায় যাবেন, তা এখনও নিশ্চিত নয়। 

যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ভারতের কাছে জানতে চেয়েছে, শেখ হাসিনা কিভাবে এবং কোন ব্যবস্থায় দিল্লিতে অবস্থান করছেন? জবাবে ভারত নাকি বলেছে, খুব স্বল্প সময়ের মধ্যেই মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের কোনো একটি দেশে তিনি চলে যাবেন। এমন খবর ঢাকার সরকারি একটি মহলকে জানানো হয়েছে। একাধিক সূত্র একটি গণমাধ্যমকে এ তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছে। গত ৫ আগস্ট গণঅভ্যুত্থানের মুখে শেখ হাসিনা ছোট বোন শেখ রেহানাকে নিয়ে ভারতে চলে যান। বাংলাদেশের সামরিক বাহিনীর একটি বিমানে তিনি দিল্লির কাছে গাজিয়াবাদের হিন্দন বিমান ঘাঁটিতে অবতরণ করেন তারা। এরপর থেকে তিনি কোথায় আছেন তা আর জানা যায়নি। শেখ হাসিনার দেশ ছাড়াও পর গঠন হয়েছে অন্তর্বর্তী সরকার। যার প্রধান করা হয়েছে নোবেলবিজয়ী ড. ইউনূসকে। এরপর থেকে প্রায় দু মাস হয়ে গেছে। পরিবর্তন হয়েছে অনেক কিছু। শেখ হাসিনার সঙ্গে থাকা কূটনৈতিক পাসপোর্টও বাতিল করে দিয়েছে সরকার। এ ধরনের পাসপোর্টধারীরা ভিসা ছাড়া ভারতে ৪৫ দিন বৈধভাবে থাকতে পারেন। কিন্তু শেখ হাসিনা প্রায় দুই মাস ধরে ভারতে অবস্থান করছেন। কূটনৈতিক পাসপোর্টে তার বৈধভাবে অবস্থানের মেয়াদও শেষ হয়ে গেছে। এখন তারা দেশটিতে কিভাবে অবস্থান করছেন তা পরিষ্কার নয়।


Hasina will leave India soon




Sheikh Hasina has resigned from the position of Prime Minister and sought refuge in India. However, it is still unclear exactly where in India she is located, or whether she will remain there or move to a third country.

Sheikh Hasina has been a tested friend of India. During her nearly 16 years in power, relations between Bangladesh and India have grown closer. Therefore, her ousting and departure from the country is particularly significant for India.

It has been reported that Sheikh Hasina fled to India amid a mass student-led movement. Since then, she has been in India. However, the question remains: how long can she stay there?

Speculation has arisen that she will have to leave India soon. Yet, it is still uncertain where she will go next.

The United States has reportedly inquired with India about how and under what arrangements Sheikh Hasina is residing in Delhi. In response, India has allegedly stated that she will soon move to a country in the Middle East. This information has been conveyed to a governmental circle in Dhaka and confirmed by multiple sources to a media outlet.

On August 5, amid a popular uprising, Sheikh Hasina fled to India with her younger sister Sheikh Rehana. They landed at the Hindon Air Force Base near Ghaziabad, close to Delhi, aboard a military aircraft of Bangladesh. Since then, her whereabouts have not been disclosed.

In her absence, an interim government has been formed, headed by Nobel laureate Dr. Yunus. It has been almost two months since then, and many changes have occurred.

The government has also revoked her diplomatic passport. Holders of such passports can stay in India for 45 days without a visa. However, Sheikh Hasina has been in India for nearly two months now. The validity of her diplomatic passport has also expired, raising questions about how she is currently remaining in the country.
